How long have you been in business?
Going on four years. We may be a new small agency, but that is how we stay personal while still meeting your needs.We have taken over twenty years of caregiving experience to create a better way to care for the elderly.
What is your primary product or service?
Our primary service is to refer a caregiver to assist the elderly with joyful companionship, and activities of daily living. So they can continue their independent lifestyle while staying in the comfort of their own home.
How did you first become interested in your line of business? (if owner) - What is your background? (If owner or store manager)
I worked at one of the first Aids/HIV units, in the state of Louisiana, while attending nursing school. I have actually been a hands on, live in caregiver, unlike a lot of agencies whose owners have never cared for a client.
How do you differentiate yourself from other businesses in your category and area?
We do indepth evaluations of both our clients and referred caregivers. We evaluate the client, their personality, and the home to see what the real needs are and how we can meet them. My mawmaw used to say the proof is in the pudding- 90 % of our client's are word of mouth, and several of them would be glad to share why they use our service.
How many locations do you have and do you have plans to expand?
Our home office is in Mississippi but we have alot of clients in the New Orleans area. Our future plans are to open a satellite office in Metairie, and Baton Rouge.
