What is your primary product or service?
Our broadcast division provides mobile uplink and downlink trucks for the major TV Networks covering news and sports. Our residential division provides DirecTV and Dishnetwork systems for homes, bars and businesses. Our commercial division provides HD cable TV service via satellite to many hotels in and around New Orleans amounting to over 15,000 hotel rooms.
How did you first become interested in your line of business? (if owner) - What is your background? (If owner or store manager)
I was always into electronics and mechanics from the age 6 years old. After high school, I took electronics and was also a certified mechanic for Toyota. In the early 80's we went to a friends camp in French Settlement and I saw my first satellite system. Once I saw all the channels and how clear the picture was as well as the space age technology, I feel in love and the rest is history.
How do you differentiate yourself from other businesses in your category and area?
We provide person service and a real connection with our customers. We care about their service and the issues surrounding their needs and systems.
How many locations do you have and do you have plans to expand?
We have one location and may expand our satellite truck service to the Houston, Texas area in the near future. We are expanding our commercial hotel systems division all the time reaching out further and further North and East.

We are located 1/2 mile from Veterans Blvd south towards the river on Williams Blvd, next to Taco Tico and across the street from Sylvester's Western Wear in beautiful Downtown Kenner. Just 5 minutes from Louis Armstrong International Airport.

Visa, MasterCard, AMEX and Discovery as well as cash, company and personal checks.
Which areas do you service?
Greater New Orleans area as well as Baton Rouge and the Gulf Coast. Our mobile uplink trucks have traveled all over the US.
Who owns your company or runs daily operations?
Our highly dedicated staff as well as myself and my wonderful wife Debbie.
What are your hours of operation?
9 to 5 Monday thru Friday. We have a 24/7/365 answering service for service and sat truck bookings
